Jeffrey Gross is the founder of Zinc Method, a concierge mental health and recovery agency built on the belief that true healing requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

He began his career working with unhoused individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders across Los Angeles. That formative experience shaped his commitment to creating systems of care that meet people where they are—clinically, emotionally, and practically.

After transitioning into the Malibu treatment world, Jeffrey recognized the limitations of even the most high-end programs, where rigidity and standardization often failed to deliver meaningful, lasting results. That realization drove him to develop the Zinc Method: a highly individualized, integrated model designed for clients and families who need rapid access to discreet, premium-level care without unnecessary disruption or bureaucracy.

Over the course of a year, Jeffrey carefully curated a multidisciplinary team that embodies the Zinc Method philosophy—from psychiatrists and clinical providers to private chefs, wellness experts, and executive function coaches. Each team is assembled based on the specific needs of the client, allowing for a highly customized experience that integrates physical, mental, and emotional care. Through the success of the program he developed, Jeffrey began attracting attention from families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP), and substance use disorder treatment centers, particularly those navigating acute mental health challenges.
