As the founder and Program Director of Zinc Integrated, I developed The Zinc Method—an evidence-based, mind–body–spirit approach to mental health and recovery. With a background in counseling, fitness, and nutrition, I bring a holistic perspective to helping clients build autonomy and lasting wellness. I believe true healing happens when care is personalized, compassionate, and aligned with each individual’s purpose.
Cassidy Penn
Operations Manager
I help bring structure and strategy to our mission, including the development of Zinc Integrated. I’m here to make sure things run smoothly. My own healing and growth has been guided by spirituality and a deep connection to the universe. That path led me to Jeff and the vision for Zinc Integrated. True healing is living in alignment with your soul, and I hold space for others to discover that for themselves. I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s personal, practical, and always evolving.
Yahn Bruggeman
Development Specialist
With my formative years spent in and around recovery, I walked the path from struggle to healing and now live happy, joyous, and free thanks to systems and programs like Zinc Integrated that helped shape my life. After overcoming my own mental health and substance use challenges, I have found purpose in helping others do the same. I am currently completing my practicum to become a licensed therapist, I serve as a mentor and counselor, supporting others in their journey toward sobriety and long-term wellness.
Danielle Kasirer

Clinical Care Coordinator
I’m a Registered Nurse with an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Education from Columbia University. I completed my nursing program in 2023 and bring a strong foundation in both clinical practice and patient education to the team. My work is guided by a commitment to compassionate care, collaboration, and empowering patients through knowledge and support.
